5 languages gospel tract The vast majority of Living Water's tracts are only in English, this is unfortunate, but understable. However, there is one of their tracts which is non-copyright and in five languages. The Good Person Comic tract is available in English, French, Spanish, Tagalog, and Russian for download. There's even a high quality .TIFF file you can put on a CD and bring over to Kinkos or Office Depot to print out professionally. Thank you Cedric Hohnstadt! 
23 languages gospel tract
Created by Elmer Murdoch of Step up to Life minstries , this tract and way of sharing the gospel is truly mind-blowing. This is a most thorough and Biblical approach to Evangelism. The tract is in 23 different languages and you can choose to either print them out or you can also order them. I highly, highly recommend this tract, especially for foreign missions. Again, please look at these great tracts and presentations. 
105 languages gospel tract:
When we're talking about gospel tracts, we gotta go to the Chick Tracts . Now, I think a lot of their tracts simply aren't Biblical Gospel, there is one that has definently stood the test of time and is available in 105 different languages . Yes, it's the This was your life tract .
This is a highly recommended tract, I would say use this primarily in foreign countries, but these are also excellent to give after a conversation. Whatever works.
Also! There is a This was your life Flash tract that is excellently done. 
All languages gospel tract
Transcends the language barrier. Genesis to the Cross in pictures. John 3:16 in 26 languages. (The tract is not in color, but in black and white) That was from the Living Water's site, looks like an excellent tract to use for all countries of the world.

FreeCDTracts.com has quite a few languages, they ship out CDs and DVDs all over the world. Some great foreign language resources. Especially Bill Weise's 23 minutes in Hell.
